Cash & Counseling Call for Proposals (CFP) Document

 The Call for Proposals was used to outline the expansion of the Cash & Counseling program and elicit responses from appropriate parties. The CFP explains the principles of the program: person-centered planning for personal assistant services, consumer-directed individualized budgets, client supports, and quality assurance. The CFP also includes a program overview, eligibility criteria and information on how to apply.
