Cash & Counseling Congressional Briefing in Washington DC

The Alliance for Health Reform held a congressional briefing entitled, "Cash & Counseling: Part of the Long-Term Care Answer?" Lessons learned from the Original Cash & Counseling Demonstration and Evaluation were discussed and presented by Michael O'Grady, Department of Health and Human Services; Kevin Mahoney, National Program Director for Cash & Counseling; William Ditto, New Jersey Department of Human Services; and James Knickman, The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
